Once your order has been processed you will receive an automated email to inform you that your order has been processed and shipped along with a parcel tracking identification number.

Luxe de Valentina does not provide DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will not be included in the product price.
Customs for international deliveries and countries outside Australia may charge import taxes and duty. These may be due on delivery or after delivery. These duties and taxes are not payable by Luxe de Valentina and cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Luxe de Valentina.
