Delivery Within Australia
All deliveries will be despatched between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday via Australia Post for a flat rate of $15 AUD.
Free domestic shipping applies to all purchases over $500 AUD.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an automated email to inform you that your order has been processed and shipped along with a parcel tracking identification number.
Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your package. If your details are incorrect Luxe de Valentina does not assume responsibility for loss of any packages.
Please allow 2 business days to receive your package. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Unforeseen delays may occur, so please contact us for any urgent requests.
All international deliveries will be despatched between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday via an international courier service for a flat rate of $49 AUD.
Please allow between 5-10 business days to receive your package. You will receive an email with your tracking number to view the progress.
Free shipping applies to all international orders over $1,000 AUD. This fee does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied at the shipping destination.
Luxe de Valentina does not provide DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will not be included in the product price.
Customs for international deliveries and countries outside Australia may charge import taxes and duties. These may be due on delivery or after delivery. These duties and taxes are not payable by Luxe de Valentina and cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Luxe de Valentina.
International customers should receive their goods within 5-10 working days after your order has been processed successfully. An automated email will be sent to inform you that your order has been processed and shipped along with a parcel tracking identification number that allows you to track your order.
Luxe de Valentina works closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of customs delays for our international customers however we do not accept liability for slower or delayed shipping times.. If you require an express shipping service, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to organise the delivery for you at additional cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the size is not right, we will accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase for exchange or refund. For customers who live outside of Australia, you may need to pay duties and taxes on an exchange.
Your items must be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Returns & Exchange Policy
All garments returned for refund or exchange must not be worn, used, stained or soiled. Garments must be returned in the original shipping box and with all the garment tags still attached.
Garments must not be tried on whilst wearing make-up. We will not accept any stained garments and it will be sent back to you without any refund.
When an exchange is made, you will be issued with a store Gift Card to the full amount less shipping costs. This Gift Card can be redeemed online and is valid for a period of 12 months. There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges will predicate on stock availability.
For all Sales stock, there will be no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Returning your Purchases
We value customer service and want you to be very happy with your Luxe de Valentina purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return and receive the return address. Re-pack the item/s to be returned and post items to our returns address.
We encourage you to return your item/s via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service and taking note of your tracking number. Luxe de Valentina is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
Items must be returned to us for a refund or exchange according to the following conditions:
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks.
- Your return request has been approved by Luxe de Valentina and you have obtained a return authorisation via email@example.com
- Your returned item/s arrive at our office within 21 days of receiving your return authorisation.
- If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible.
- Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For customers who live outside of Australia, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Luxe de Valentina. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.Pre Order Terms & Conditions
To establish a pre-order, payment of 100% of the total purchase value must be paid at the time of purchase.
Luxe de Valentina will not offer refunds or returns on pre-orders with the exception of faulty items. Luxe de Valentina will offer an exchange or store credit on pre-order items in the event of a return request.
We accept payment via American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Once your order is approved you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
