The La Scala Wrap Maxi Skirt in crisp white cotton textured taffeta is designed to wrap firmly around the body and self-tie at the right side of the waist. It features a large double frill that puffs dramatically to reveal a split through the leg. The double frill hem can lie flat or be pulled apart to create dramatic volume.
