This Balloon Sleeve Wrap Top wraps neatly around the waist, tying with a French Knot on the side of the waist. It is designed to wear with high waisted skirts and pants. The full length balloon sleeve falls over the shoulder and extends to the wrist with an elastic cuff. The sleeve can be worn pushed up over the elbow or long to the wrist. It features delicate gold buttons at the back neck.
