The Roma Ruffle Skirt in Red Chill features four tiered frills supported by a stretch cotton lining that creates a comfortable fit. The luxurious rayon linen blend fabrication is a midweight, matt linen with a silk like satin feel on the inside. The back waist is elasticated and side zippers support a flattering fit. The hem line falls to mid length.
